All items are made to order to ensure they are crafted specifically to your preferences. Before production begins, a digital proof will be sent for your review and approval. This allows you to check the design and request any changes, ensuring complete satisfaction with the final product.

We are dedicated to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Standard products will be shipped via ground within 3-5 business days of order placement. However, larger orders may require additional processing time due to their complexity and size.

For those in need of faster service, rush orders and express shipping options are available for an additional cost.

We are also pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50.
