Final Order Approval

  • Your order will not be finalized until you provide final approval.

  • Charges to your account will be made once final approval is received and your item has shipped.

  • Large orders may require a 50% deposit, which will be noted in your quote if applicable.

Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 7–10 business days after the final proof is approved.

  • Rush Orders: Expedited processing and shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.

Shipping Fees:

  • Small Orders: Shipping fees are included in the price of the item ordered.

  • Larger Orders: Shipping fees are based on weight or size and will be incorporated into your quote.

Damage & Lost Shipment Policy

We take care to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition. If your package is damaged or lost:

  • Damaged Items: Contact us at weareksjdesigns@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking confirms a lost package, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Shipping insurance may be available for an additional fee—please inquire before placing your order.
