We offer a wide range of customizable products, including apparel, drinkware, tote bags, home décor, vinyl decals, promotional items, and more—made using sublimation, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), laser cutting and engraving and other design techniques. What’s the difference between sublimation and vinyl?

Accepted Answer

Sublimation infuses ink into the material for a long-lasting, no-feel design (best on light-colored polyester). Vinyl involves cutting and pressing a design on top of the material, offering more versatility with different fabric types and colors.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most custom orders are processed within 7-10 days, plus shipping time. Bulk or complex orders may take longer—we’ll communicate every step of the way.

Can I upload my own design or logo?

Unfortunately, at this time uploading your design or logo to the website is not available.  You can still use your own design or logo...just reach out to us via email (weareksjdesigns@gmail.com) or send us a quick message via our KSJ Facebook page.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We stand by our work. If there’s a mistake on our end or a quality issue, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products/services, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing us to create something uniquely tailored to you.

Prior to customization, we always send a proof or mockup so you can review it and approve it.
