Return Policy for Personalized Items
We take pride in crafting high-quality personalized products made just for you. Due to the unique nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a defect or was damaged during production.
If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 10 days of receipt at weareksjdesign@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue.

Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Upon inspection, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Please note that errors in personalization due to incorrect information provided by the buyer are not considered defects and are therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may be subject to fees depending on production status.

Orders in production cannot be canceled without forfeiting deposits or incurred costs.

If cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
